WASHINGTON, Feb. 1, 2018 Whip City Jerky, LLC, a Westfield, Mass. establishment, is recalling approximately 1,391 pounds of beef jerky products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The products contain milk, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label.

The beef jerky items were produced on various dates between Dec. 18, 2017 and Jan. 31, 2018. The following products are subject to recall: [View Labels (PDF only)]
