This recall involves the Old Taylor Estate Candelier with item number 40697 (the item number is located on one side and the top of each box). The chandeliers have eight glass votive candle holders. Old Taylor Estate Candeliers purchased after September 2005 are not included in this recall.

Southern Living At Home will notify consumers who purchased the recalled glass votive candle holders directly and will ship free replacement glass votive candle holders.
