The recalled product is an egg-shaped tea light candle holder sold under style numbers 2C0755A, 2C0755B, and 2C0755C. The tea light holder came in the colors sky blue, pool blue and lavender. Both the style number and the color can be found on a sticker at the bottom of the candle holder.

Consumers should stop using these candle holders immediately and return them to a Nordstrom store for a full refund.
