The recalled lawn mowers are green with yellow trim and have either GX85 or SX 85 on the side of the riding mower and a John Deere symbol on the front end and involve the following machines: Model Serial Numbers GX85 MOGX85X145887 through 149328 SX85 MOSX85X125374 through 126508

The company is directly notifying those consumers who purchased affected mowers. Consumers should stop using their tractors immediately and contact a John Deere dealer for a free repair.
