The ratchet winch kit was sold as an accessory for the Elite model snowmobile and is used as a tow line if the snowmobile is immobilized. The ratchet kit is made of black metal and has a metal wheel with about a 5-inch diameter, attached to a metal arm that measures about 9 inches in length.

Return the ratchet winch kit to your Ski-Doo dealer for a refund.
