This recall involves large and small Altitude shag area rugs. Large rugs came in sizes 59 inches x 84 inches with SKU number 1000012476 or 1000037219, 72 inches x 120 inches with SKU number 1000012477 and 84 inches x 120 inches with SKU number 1000037220. Small rugs came in sizes 24 inches x 36 inches with SKU number 1000037217 and 24 inches x 48 inches with SKU number 1000037218. The rugs are made of polyester and were available in the color gold. "Altitude Gold", the size and the SKU number are on a label on the underside of the product.

Consumers should contact Mohawk to receive a refund for the large rugs and a warning label to be affixed to the underside of the small rugs.
