This recall involves bébé brand baby food makers manufactured by Hamilton Beach. The baby food maker is a small food processor. It has a white and gray motor base with an orange control knob, a clear plastic, five-cup food bowl and a gray-colored food bowl lid with a built-in food chute. "Hamilton Beach" and "bébé" are on the front of the motor base. The food maker comes with the following accessories: a chopping and mixing blade, a slicing and shredding disc, a removable motor shaft adapter, a food pusher, a three-cup steaming basket, 10 storage containers and two storage container caddies.

Consumers should immediately stop using the slicing/shredding disc and contact Hamilton Beach to receive a free replacement food bowl lid, motor shaft adapter and slicing/shredding disc. Consumers may continue to use the baby food maker for steaming, chopping and pureeing.
